Adler Shine regularly has employment opportunities throughout the year because of the consistent and rapid growth in our business.

We do expect a high standard of technical ability, and we are happy and willing to provide training, where appropriate. We also expect that every member of our Practice, irrespective of seniority or experience, has a high regard to Customer care and service. That means we are responsive and helpful in each and every contact made with our clients, whether by phone, letter, Email or in person. When taking messages we ensure the right person receives the message as soon as possible, and if unavailable, letting our client know of the delay so we can offer an alternative remedy if required. If you are not the type who goes that “extra mile” to assist clients or colleagues, please do not apply to our practice, however exceptional your technical skills may be!
We do very much believe in treating each other with the same care and attention that we expect to provide to our clients. As such, we offer a pleasant, enjoyable, air conditioned working environment in a modern office, where hard work is rewarded not only by our remuneration policy, but also through regular social outings. We also hold monthly Manager/Partner consultation meetings, where any issue can be raised and discussed, anonymously if desired, by any colleague. It is our stated policy to ensure free and open communication, and to maintain our harmonious working environment.
