Keith trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he gained post-qualification experience in the tax department. He left PwC to join Adler Shine.
Keith is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation with particular expertise in the taxation of property construction, development, investment and dealing.
Keith is Adler Shine’s tax technical partner and is primarily responsible for the firm’s tax knowledge management, technical systems and support.
He specialises in corporate tax and tax due diligence including advising on company sales and acquisitions, management buy-outs, reconstructions and all aspects of owner managed businesses.
