Malcolm has spent his whole career in Marketing & Sales positions, at Board Director level from the age of 33.
He has worked on famous brands including Coca-Cola and Alberto VO5, and in well known companies like Beecham, Mars, Dixons Stores Group and Allied Carpets.
During his work in the Furnishing Industry he was elected as Chairman of Qualitas, the Furnishing Industry’s Standards Council.
The strategies he developed were recognised with Customer Service Excellence Awards from The Sunday Times, Unisys and Retail Week.
Malcolm provides marketing and HR support to the firm and its clients.
