Rakesh heads the Corporate Finance department of Adler Shine.
Having worked on more than 30 public company transactions, Rakesh has considerable experience in Corporate Finance, dealing with acquisitions, disposals, mergers, private placings and stock market flotations.
His experience in this area of expertise has been recognised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants granting Rakesh the Corporate Finance qualification.
Rakesh spent some time in industry as Group Financial Controller of Ryman, Contessa and La Senza.
He also holds non-executive director appointments for a number of publicly quoted companies offering independent commercial and financial objectivity.
